BMI, and what the labels do with it
BMI is a blunt screening statistic — it can misread muscular and older bodies and varies in meaning across ethnic groups — but it is the number the FDA labels use: the brand GLP-1s are indicated at BMI 30+, or 27+ with at least one weight-related condition. Compute yours, then read it with those limits in mind.
