In a market of not-FDA-approved preparations, the pharmacy is the product. A program that publicly names its dispensing pharmacies — and the medical group that prescribes — has pre-answered the two questions that matter most. This index records who does, with the source and date; silence is recorded too.

Why this page exists. Post-shortage, every legal compounded GLP-1 travels through a specific licensed pharmacy on a patient-specific prescription. A program that won't say which one is asking you to take the least verifiable part of the product on faith. Ask two questions of any program before paying: which licensed pharmacy fills my prescription, and is it a 503A pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility? The answer should arrive in one email — several programs above publish it before you ask.
