Read this before acting on anything here
The site compares prices. It cannot tell you whether these medications are appropriate for you — only a licensed clinician who knows your history can.
No medical advice. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no listing or ranking is a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication.
What compounded means. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved finished drug products, are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and are not therapeutically equivalent to Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, or Mounjaro®. Formulations, concentrations, and inactive ingredients vary by pharmacy; concentration differences are a documented source of dosing errors.
Serious risks exist. These medication classes carry a boxed warning regarding thyroid C-cell tumors observed in rodents and are contraindicated with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. Gastrointestinal effects are common; pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, and other serious events are reported. Discuss your full history with a licensed prescriber, and report side effects to your clinician and FDA MedWatch.
Emergencies. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) now — not a telehealth portal, and not this website.
